A confirmed restock reaches your lock screen within seconds. It takes two things: RestockWire on your Home Screen, and notifications allowed.
Turning notifications on
iPhone and iPad deliver notifications only to the Home Screen app.

Go to restockwire.com in Safari
It has to be Safari; Chrome and in-app browsers cannot do this.

Tap Share
iPhone: bottom bar. iPad: top bar.

Pick “Add to Home Screen” from the list
Not in view? Scroll the sheet down.

Leave the name as RestockWire.

Launch it from the Home Screen and sign in
The app signs in separately; use the same email and your alerts are there.

Press “Turn on notifications” → Allow
You will find the button on your alerts page. iPhone asks only once.
Does it drain the battery?
No. The checking happens on RestockWire's servers, not on your phone.
Why does iPhone need Safari?
Adding a site to the Home Screen is a Safari feature; in-app browsers lack it.
More than one device?
Use the same email on each one, and each one receives every alert.
What about email?
If no device has notifications on, the alert is sent to your email instead.
